Our feature interview segment in this episode is with Olympic gold medalist and England hockey star Giselle Ansley (23:47).

With the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games rapidly approaching Giselle takes us through England’s preparation and what they hope to achieve in Australia, including settling a score from the 2014 Games.

She also tells us about her decision between becoming a professional hockey player or a cricket player, how an application to the Great British Bake Off didn’t quite come off and how the sport of hockey – and women’s sport – has grown since Britain won gold at Rio 2016.
